“Ain’t nobody got time for that!” Say it with me now. “Ain’t nobody got time. For that.”

Your staff do not have time for all of the mundane tasks they’re saddled with day-to-day, and things slip. Sometimes small things slip like a lost phone number. Sometimes big things like a missing contract or an important addenda slip.


It happens, and it happens to everyone. Why? Because none of us have time. And we certainly do not have time for process automatons that don’t help get the job done. Ain’t nobody got time, or budget, for that.


But I do encourage you to find some time to identify and implement a simple, but effective, process automation with me. Unless you scribble on stone tables and send them with your messenger Decius, we’ll find something awesome together.


Here are some ideas to start. What about all your partners getting a text message every time a file is uploaded to a specific Dropbox folder? What about generating a reminder or ticket every time a phone call is missed? How about a contract getting emailed to everyone in legal automatically as soon as it’s signed? And then uploaded to your CRM? What about all the information in your contacts syncing with your CRM profile?


The trick is to look for what is useful and helpful, because, ain’t nobody got time for anything less.
